The MakerLab Elite Team consists of outstanding students who have qualified for participation in international competitions. They have the experience, knowledge and teamwork skills that it takes to represent Greece in competitions of the highest level.
The program accepts students between 12 and 18 years old.

MakerLab is proud to uniquely support aspiring or active athletes in Competitive Programming and are striving to maximize their potential!
A demanding course for teenagers with existing programming experience in C/C++ who are looking to expand their knowledge in algorithms and actively engage in Competitive Programming.
Participants need to already have experience from programming competitions like the en[i]gma Coding Championship or the Pan-Hellenic Informatics Competition (PDP) and to be actively pursuing a spot in their country’s National Team and win medals in Informatics Olympiads (IOI, BOI, JBOI, EJOI, EGOI).
Through various problem categories, they will learn advanced problem-solving techniques and data structures in a systematic way, which will enable the handling of seemingly difficult or even impossible challenges!

In "Competitive Artificial Intelligence", students explore in depth the topics tackled by AI researchers and engage with problems at a competition level.

The Road to Elite

Becoming a member of the MakerLab Elite Team takes skill and excellence. To join, you must pass the Elite Challenge which forms part of an evaluation interview that is done either in-person at one of our labs, or online with an Elite educator. During the interview you will be asked to present relevant extracurricular activities that highlight your experience and interests. A 12-month commitment to MakerLab is required to join.
